Our recycling policy

Nearly all Starglide packaging components are recyclable. The few which can not, are the result of a compromise which we have to make at the moment.

In the case of paper: all paint and dye manufacturers have confirmed that the paints and dyes used correspond to the product specifications, ie: they are metal and mineral oil-free and produced using renewable resources. This is only possible with water-based paints and dyes which are used for printing paper and card. This is the reason why they are used for this purpose by our suppliers.

80-85% of the corrugated cardboard used is made from recycled paper.
40% of the painted cardboard used is made from recycled paper.

We don’t just stop there, all of our Starglide products are sent to you in 100% recyclable cardboard boxes.

We at Starglide constantly review our packaging and consider new options available to us with regard to the use of recycled materials.
